當前，不少國家的先進偵察機上都配置有大量成像偵察設備和電子偵察設備，這些設備可通過紅外感知、電視攝像、雷達掃描等多種方式來感知目標、獲取數據，再將這些數據實時傳輸給地面中心進行分析，以判別目標真?zhèn)?。這種情況下，只求“形似”的假目標已經無法瞞住現代偵察機的“火眼金睛”，設立假目標的一方“偷梁換柱”難度也隨之增加。

These equipment can perceive targets and obtain data through various methods such as infrared sensing, television cameras, radar scanning, etc., and then transmit these data in real-time to the ground center for analysis to distinguish the authenticity of the target. In this situation, it is no longer possible to deceive the "golden eyes" of modern reconnaissance aircraft by simply seeking "similar" false targets, and the difficulty of the party setting false targets "stealing beams and pillars" also increases.

為適應偵察手段上的改進，假目標也不得不加速“進化”。當前，對假目標的設計要求，早已不再滿足于模擬光學特征，而是將應對現有主要偵察手段都納入“視野”，利用電磁學、光學、熱學、聲學、材料學等各種技術，全方位模擬裝備的各種特征，以求在新的“段位”上達到以假亂真的目的。

以山東濟寧充氣假目為例，當前，其表面通常選用高雷達反射率材料，涂有具有金屬反射性能的涂料，能逼真模擬現實雷達的反射特征。其內部配備有熱源，有的還加裝了角反射器。有些充氣坦克假目標的炮塔還可轉動，從高空偵察，可謂栩栩如生。

不僅如此，在戰(zhàn)場環(huán)境中，為充分發(fā)揮其效用，假目標還會在一定程度上按照真目標的偽裝手段加以“處理”，并安排有“演員”假裝進行日常維護與修理。甚至對假目標進行偽裝時，還會故意留一些“破綻”。這種適度的偽裝，不僅能減少偽裝作業(yè)量，還能在虛虛實實之間進一步欺騙對手的眼睛。

Not only that, in the battlefield environment, in order to fully utilize its effectiveness, fake targets will be "processed" to some extent according to the disguise methods of real targets, and "actors" will be arranged to pretend to carry out daily maintenance and repair. Even when camouflaging fake targets, they intentionally leave some "flaws" behind.
